Why do I need a guest account?
By creating a guest user account, you will gain access to additional information within the toolkit such as local contact details for the organisations within the translational research support infrastructure. In future releases of the toolkit, additional features might be added for users with a guest account.
Who can request a guest account?
A guest user account will only be granted to local people in the Greater Manchester area as it provides access to local contact details and resources. Although some of the resources will require a University of Manchester login, the majority will be available with guest account login. If you are a University of Manchester staff or student, you do not need a guest account, use your UoM user login instead.
How do I obtain a guest account?
By filling in the form on the right, you will request a guest user account which will need to be approved by the toolkit administrator. To help us assess if a guest account is suitable for you, please use your institutional email address rather than a personal one, and use the dedicated text box on the right to explain why you are requesting access.
Terms and Conditions
A guest user account can only be created if you agree for your provided contact details to be stored.
If you would want your account to be deleted in the future for any reason, please email translation-toolkit@manchester.ac.uk.
